Program Associate — Social Impact

About the Role

Sahyog Impact Collective is looking for a Program Associate – Social Impact to support the planning and implementation of programmes focused on community development, education, livelihoods and inclusive development.

The role will involve working with internal teams, partner organisations and other stakeholders to support programme coordination, research, documentation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social impact projects
• Coordinate with partner organisations and project stakeholders
• Conduct secondary research and support data collection activities
• Assist with reports, presentations, case studies and knowledge products
• Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities and project documentation
• Track project milestones, deliverables and timelines
• Support meetings, workshops and stakeholder consultations
• Assist with data analysis and preparation of project insights
• Document programme learnings, field stories and best practices
• Maintain project trackers and relevant documentation

What You’ll Work On

You will work across multiple social impact projects, supporting programme teams from planning through implementation and documentation. The role offers exposure to different development themes and opportunities to engage with organisations and stakeholders across the social sector.
