About the role
We are looking for a motivated Community & Programme Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our community initiatives and programmes.

You will work closely with the team and community partners to ensure programmes run smoothly, participants stay engaged, and activities create meaningful impact.

What you’ll do

  • Support the planning and execution of community programmes and events.
  • Coordinate with participants, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify community needs and potential opportunities.
  • Maintain programme trackers, participant records, and reports.
  • Assist with communications, outreach, and engagement activities.
  • Collect feedback and help evaluate programme outcomes.
  • Support documentation and impact reporting.
  • Suggest new ideas to improve community participation and programme delivery.

What a typical day looks like
A typical day could involve coordinating with programme partners, following up with participants, preparing materials for an upcoming activity, updating programme trackers, researching new opportunities, and helping the team solve operational challenges.

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in social impact, community development, or youth development.
  • Prior experience in volunteering, community work, or programme coordination is a plus.
