Role Summary

The Horizon Fellowship is an elite program for mid-career professionals looking to pioneer scalable healthcare solutions. Fellows will lead independent research or deployment projects using our Project Horizon infrastructure to solve specific local diagnostic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Research: Design and execute a 12-month project focused on remote AI diagnostics or off-grid health delivery.
• Field Integration: Spend 8 months embedded within rural tech hubs, working directly with local health clinics.
• Policy Advisory: Co-author strategic health briefs for regional ministries based on field findings.
• Public Advocacy: Present project outcomes at international global health summits and tech conferences.

Required Qualifications

• Background: MD, PhD, Master of Public Health (MPH), or advanced degree in robotics/engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional work in healthcare, tech innovation, or international development.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing independent projects or field research teams.
