About the Fellowship
Sahyog Impact Collective is inviting applications for the Sahyog Community Impact Fellowship — 2026, a fellowship designed for emerging professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful change in communities.
The fellowship will provide participants with practical exposure to education, livelihoods, youth development and inclusive community development, while building their skills in programme management, research, community engagement and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Fellows will work alongside the programme team and contribute to ongoing social impact initiatives from planning through implementation and documentation.
What Fellows Will Do
Support the implementation of community development programmes.
Contribute to initiatives focused on education, livelihoods and youth development.
Engage with communities and programme stakeholders.
Conduct research on relevant social and development issues.
Support data collection and basic analysis.
Contribute to Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities.
Assist with programme planning, coordination and documentation.
Develop reports, presentations, case studies and impact stories.
Participate in workshops, consultations and community-focused activities.
Identify programme learnings and opportunities for improvement.

Who Should Apply
The fellowship is suitable for:
Recent graduates and early-career professionals.
Students or professionals interested in the development and social impact sector.
Candidates from backgrounds such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Education, Economics, Management or related disciplines.
Individuals with a strong interest in community development and social change.
Candidates who demonstrate curiosity, initiative and a willingness to work closely with communities and stakeholders.
Prior experience in the development sector is not mandatory, but relevant volunteering, internships, projects or community engagement experience will be an advantage.
Fellowship Details
Duration: 6 months
Location: New Delhi
Work Mode: Hybrid
Fellowship Support: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
