About the Fellowship
The Youth Leadership & Social Impact Fellowship is designed for young people who are passionate about creating positive change in their communities. Fellows will gain practical experience through workshops, mentorship, community engagement, and hands-on projects.

The programme combines learning with action, giving fellows the opportunity to understand social issues, develop solutions, and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

What Fellows Will Do

• Participate in workshops on leadership, communication, and social impact.
• Work on real-world community and social-impact projects.
• Conduct research and identify challenges within their communities.
• Collaborate with other fellows and partner organisations.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach activities.
• Develop and present a project or initiative addressing a social challenge.
• Document their learning, progress, and impact throughout the fellowship.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
Fellows will attend learning sessions, work with their project teams, conduct research, engage with communities or partner organisations, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. The programme will combine structured sessions with independent project work.
