About the Role

Preetam Foundation is looking for a motivated Programme Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and implementation of community development programmes across education, youth development and livelihoods.

The selected candidate will work closely with communities, volunteers, local partners and the foundation team to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and reach intended beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of foundation programmes
• Engage with community members, local organisations and stakeholders
• Support workshops, awareness programmes and community events
• Maintain programme documentation, records and activity reports
• Assist with monitoring programme progress and collecting field data
• Coordinate with volunteers and implementation partners
• Prepare regular updates for the programme and management teams

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Rural Development, Management or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in NGO, CSR or community development work
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable travelling to project locations
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
