### About Mandeep Foundation
Mandeep Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager – CSR to lead, plan, implement, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and community development initiatives. The selected candidate will oversee project operations, coordinate with stakeholders, lead field teams, and ensure the effective execution of programs that create meaningful social impact.
### Key Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, and manage CSR projects and community development programs.
• Develop project proposals, work plans, budgets, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with corporate partners, NGOs, government departments, community representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise project staff, interns, volunteers, and field teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare regular progress and impact assessment reports.
• Maintain project documentation, financial records, and reports in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Identify community needs and develop sustainable initiatives in education, healthcare, livelihood development, environmental sustainability, and rural development.
• Ensure effective utilization of project resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Support partnership development, CSR funding proposals, and donor reporting.
• Conduct field visits and stakeholder meetings to assess project implementation and community impact.
### Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO management, social development, or project implementation.
• Strong project planning, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and report writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and project-related activities.
• Knowledge of CSR initiatives, social impact assessment, and relevant CSR regulations will be an advantage.
