About this job
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate community health programmes.
- Organise health awareness camps and outreach activities.
- Work with ASHAs, ANMs, community health workers and local stakeholders.
- Support maternal and child health initiatives.
- Monitor programme activities and maintain beneficiary data.
- Prepare programme reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with government health departments.
- Support training and capacity-building activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, Health Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant NGO/public health experience.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the project area.
