Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate community health programmes.
  • Organise health awareness camps and outreach activities.
  • Work with ASHAs, ANMs, community health workers and local stakeholders.
  • Support maternal and child health initiatives.
  • Monitor programme activities and maintain beneficiary data.
  • Prepare programme reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with government health departments.
  • Support training and capacity-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, Health Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant NGO/public health experience.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the project area.
