Role Summary

The Field Operations Director will lead the deployment of our Project Horizon solar-powered mobile diagnostic clinics. You will manage regional logistics teams, coordinate with local health ministries, and ensure tech-equipped vehicles safely reach off-grid communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch Campaigns: Oversee the physical rollout of mobile labs across three new international territories annually.
• Manage Logistics: Coordinate supply chains for delicate medical cargo, solar parts, and satellite uplink tech.
• Build Partnerships: Negotiate access and safety agreements with regional leaders and indigenous health authorities.
• Lead Teams: Supervise a hybrid crew of remote data engineers and on-the-ground biomedical technicians.
• Track Impact: Ensure real-time operational data syncs correctly with our open-ledger donor tracking system.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7 years managing complex logistics in remote, low-resource, or crisis environments.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, satellite connectivity, or transport issues on the fly.
• Communication: Fluency in English and at least one other major regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Swahili).
