About the Consultancy
We are looking for an experienced social-impact consultant or consulting team to support the organisation in strengthening its programmes, partnerships, and impact measurement systems.

The consultant will work closely with the internal team to assess existing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical recommendations that can be implemented effectively.

Scope of Work

• Review existing programmes, processes, and organisational goals.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations and desk research.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a programme and impact strategy.
• Recommend systems for monitoring and evaluation.
• Strengthen partnership and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Develop actionable recommendations and implementation priorities.
• Support the team in translating recommendations into an execution roadmap.
