About the RFP

Sahyog Impact Collective invites proposals from qualified nonprofit organisations, social enterprises and development-sector institutions to partner with us in implementing community development programmes across India.

The selected implementation partner will support programme activities focused on education, livelihoods, youth development and inclusive community development.

We are seeking organisations with demonstrated experience in working directly with communities and implementing outcome-oriented development programmes.

Scope of Work

The selected partner will be expected to:

  • Support programme planning and implementation.

  • Conduct community consultations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Implement activities across education, livelihoods and youth development.

  • Mobilise and engage community members and local stakeholders.

  • Support training, workshops and capacity-building activities.

  • Collect and maintain programme data.

  • Support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) activities.

  • Prepare periodic progress reports and documentation.

  • Document field-level learnings, case studies and impact stories.

  • Participate in review meetings and programme learning sessions.

  • Coordinate with Sahyog Impact Collective's programme team throughout implementation.

Key Focus Areas

Proposals may address one or more of the following:

  • Education and learning

  • Livelihoods and skill development

  • Youth development and leadership

  • Gender and social inclusion

  • Rural and community development

  • Community-led development approaches

Eligibility

Eligible applicants may include:

  • Registered nonprofit organisations and NGOs.

  • Community-based organisations.

  • Social enterprises with relevant development-sector experience.

  • Research and development organisations.

  • Institutions with demonstrated experience in community programme implementation.

Applicants should have relevant organisational experience, qualified personnel and the operational capacity to implement programmes effectively.

Expected Deliverables

The selected partner will be expected to deliver:

  • Detailed implementation plan.

  • Community engagement and mobilisation plan.

  • Programme activity reports.

  • Monitoring and data reports.

  • Periodic progress updates.

  • Case studies and impact documentation.

  • Final programme report and learning document.

Proposal Requirements

Interested organisations should submit:

  1. Organisation profile and relevant experience.

  2. Understanding of the proposed scope of work.

  3. Proposed implementation approach and methodology.

  4. Team structure and key personnel.

  5. Implementation timeline.

  6. Monitoring and evaluation approach.

  7. Relevant past experience and references.

  8. Detailed financial proposal.

  9. Organisational registration and statutory documents, where applicable.
