About the RFP
Mandeep Foundation invites proposals from qualified NGOs, consulting firms, research organizations, and independent consultants to conduct CSR project impact assessments and evaluations.
The objective is to assess the effectiveness, outcomes, and social impact of community development initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant or organization will be expected to:
1. Conduct baseline assessments and community needs analysis.2. Evaluate ongoing or completed CSR projects.3. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.4. Assess project outcomes and community impact.5. Prepare detailed impact assessment reports.6. Provide recommendations for improving project effectiveness and sustainability.7. Present findings to the foundation’s management team.

- Education and digital literacy- Healthcare and community health- Women’s empowerment and gender equality- Livelihood development- Environmental sustainability- Rural and community development
Eligibility
Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience in CSR, monitoring and evaluation, social research, community development, or impact assessment.
Organizations should provide relevant credentials, a project portfolio, and details of their proposed team.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals may be assessed based on relevant experience, technical methodology, project understanding, team qualifications, proposed timeline, and financial feasibility.
Expected Deliverables
The selected applicant will submit an assessment report, supporting findings, data analysis, and actionable recommendations within the agreed project timeline.
