WASH Coordinator

Job Title: WASH Coordinator
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage WASH in Schools projects
Oversee field-level implementation, monitoring, and supervision
Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of WASH infrastructure
Conduct Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) sessions in schools
Collaborate with schools, communities, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders
Handle monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and documentation
Support capacity building and training activities
Ensure quality, compliance, and budget management

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree + MSW or relevant field
Minimum 2–3 years experience in WASH project coordination
Strong understanding of water, sanitation, hygiene, and community engagement
Experience working with entrepreneurs/community groups
Good skills in data management, reporting, and communication
