Senior Mentor and Curriculum Lead

 We’re looking for a Senior Mentor and Curriculum Lead to lead learning, training and hands-on mentoring across two AI and digital technology cohorts at CivicDataLab, focused on strengthening the capacity of civil society and non-profit organisations.

The role involves curriculum development, training delivery, workshops, mentoring and technical guidance, helping organisations apply practical AI and digital tools across areas such as documentation, data analysis, visualisation, digital communication and organisational workflows.

The role will also support organisations working on Local & Inclusive AI, guiding them through use-case development, technical options, prototyping, user testing and adoption, while embedding responsible AI practices across the learning and mentoring process.

We’re looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience in AI or data capacity building, technical mentoring, instructional design or related fields, with strong experience in developing and delivering learning programmes.

📚 Experience in practical AI and digital tools, curriculum development, training and technical mentoring
🤝 Experience working with NGOs, civil society or other public-interest organisations is strongly preferred.
