Role Overview
Designation: Program Lead
Experience: 8–10 year
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary Range: ₹22–24 LPA

The position is a senior-level full-time position to promote, manage, and advocate the mission and vision of
Rocket Learning in the state. The Program Lead- 2 will work closely with the Lead - State Operations and
will have the responsibility of managing Rocket Learning’s programs and operations team in Uttar Pradesh. 

As part of your responsibilities, you’ll get:

1. Exposure to government systems of early childhood education, particularly the WCD and ICDS, and ability to liaise with them on a regular basis.
2. Leading a team of professionals who will impact millions of young learners in the state of Uttar Pradesh

4. Opportunity to innovate using cutting edge technology and social media to build communities of Anganwadis and low-income parents
5. Opportunity to manage a 100+ member operations team and also coordinate closely with multiple functions within Rocket Learning

Key Results:
1.Establishing credible relationships with Civil Servants and Government Officers at the state level
2. Launching new programs and scaling existing Rocket Learning programs in the state
3. Work with state and district level officers to facilitate constructive ECCE policies in the state

Key Activities:
1. Recruitment, training, and development of the entire state team
2. Developing and executing a long-term roadmap for the state
3. Establishing clear protocols within the team vis a vis the state administration
4. Understanding data collected from users, analysing and utilizing it to further develop the program
5. Facilitating research in the state as and when required, and leveraging to advocate state policies

Areas of responsibility:

1. Weekly updates and quarterly reports to the Lead - State Operations and Founders
2. Strong relationships with the State Government and key district officials
3. State-wide implementation of RL's programs
4. All support, safety, goal setting, and training needs for the team
5. Effectively implementing new initiatives and managing change
