MULTIMEDIA OFFICER

 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Multimedia Officer to enhance our digital presence and storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multimedia content, including social media, video production, and audio content, to support our advocacy, production of short docs and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage engaging multimedia content for the foundation’s social media platforms.
Create compelling videos and audio content for campaigns, awareness programs, and survivor stories.
Edit and produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics using relevant software.
Collaborate with the communications team to execute digital strategies.
Monitor and analyse multimedia performance across platforms.
Assist in live streaming and event coverage.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in multimedia content creation.
Proficiency in video and audio production, including editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content optimisation strategies.
Creativity and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic nonprofit environment.
