City Manager (Face-to-Face Fundraising)

City Manager

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad

What you'll do

• Lead and execute face-to-face (F2F) fundraising activities across the city.
• Ensure compliant operations, strong team performance, and timely reporting.
• Lead team recruitment, development, performance, and retention.
• Monitor fundraising performance, budgets, and compliance.
• Build and manage local stakeholder relationships to support fundraising activities.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, or fundraising.
• Experience leading large, target-oriented teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and data-reporting skills.
