Associate Consultant- Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement HR processes including recruitment, induction, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
• Anchor the recruitment process and maintain updated databases.
• Support senior leadership in effective management of internal processes.
• Manage personnel files and documentation for compliance.
• Ensure HR policies, including POSH, Child Protection, and Safeguarding, are regularly communicated, reviewed, and implemented.
• Develop, design, and facilitate workshops/experiential learning programmes.
• Build a culture that motivates and inspires people to reach their potential.
• Build relationships with educational institutions, NGOs, training institutes, recruitment agencies, etc.
• Document and report HR functions internally.
• Manage administrative activities such as resource materials, internal communication, attendance records, and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
Creative thinker and storyteller.
Strong commitment to youth leadership and social justice.
Ability to inspire, be inspired, and maintain commitments.
Capacity to strengthen systems/processes, databases, and computer-based communication.
Ability to effectively coordinate meetings and events.
Willingness to learn and flexibility to travel
