Position Details
Location: Mumbai (with travel to other CSA locations as required)
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Reporting To: Sr. Manager – Partnership & Alliances
Experience: 5–6 years
Key Responsibilities
- Donor & Partner Prospecting
Identify and research potential donors and partners.
Maintain donor database and track giving trends.
- Relationship Management
Build and strengthen long-term donor relationships.
Coordinate donor meetings, presentations, and field visits.
- Fundraising & Partnership Development
Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
Mobilise financial, in-kind, and long-term support.
Work towards annual fundraising targets.
- Donor Engagement
Support donor, employee engagement, and fundraising campaigns.
Create meaningful donor experiences aligned with CSA’s values.
- Reporting & Compliance
Coordinate programme updates, impact data, and donor reports.
Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and utilisation reports.
- Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with Programme and Partnership teams on proposals and donor servicing.
Support fundraising and donor engagement strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
The Assistant Manager – Partnership & Alliances will lead efforts to strengthen and grow CSA’s donor base across multiple segments—corporates, foundations, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutions, and individual supporters.
The role involves cultivating long-term relationships, securing financial and in-kind resources, ensuring compliance and impactful reporting, and designing meaningful engagement opportunities. This position requires strong communication, relationship management, and fundraising skills to enable CSA to meet its mission and scale its impact.
