About the Fellowship
Mandeep Foundation invites passionate and socially responsible individuals to apply for the Community Development Fellowship.
This fellowship is designed for individuals interested in grassroots development, community engagement, and social impact. Fellows will support community-based initiatives, collaborate with local stakeholders, and contribute to programs that address social needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and implementation of community development projects.• Conduct community outreach and help identify local needs.• Assist with education, healthcare awareness, and social welfare initiatives.• Coordinate with volunteers, community members, and partner organizations.• Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and community events.• Maintain project records, field reports, and activity documentation.• Collect community feedback and assist with monitoring project outcomes.• Suggest practical ideas to improve community participation and project impact.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduates, postgraduate students, or recent graduates from any relevant discipline.• Candidates from Social Work, Management, Healthcare, Development Studies, Sociology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.• Genuine interest in community development and social welfare.• Willingness to participate in field visits and community activities.• Basic computer skills and report-writing abilities.
